1. The type of flame spray gun refers to the caliber of the spray nozzle of the flame spray gun. For example, the 30 type refers to the flame diameter of 30mm, the 35 type flame diameter is 35mm, and the 50 type flame diameter is 50mm.
2. The division of single switch and double switch: single switch is a knob switch to control the flame size.
3. The double switch is two switches, which is one more pressure switch than the single switch. The double switch can realize rapid switching between large and small fires through the pressure switch.
4. Type 30 and Type 35 are small in caliber: they are commonly used in places with small objects such as roasting pig's feet, pig heads, pig ears, poultry hair removal, charcoal ignition, heating and deicing. (Type 30 is mostly used to remove hair from roasted meat)
5. Type 50 has a larger caliber: commonly used in large areas such as disinfection of farms and laying of linoleum.
1. Check:
Connect the parts of the spray gun, tighten the gas pipe chuck, (or tighten with an iron wire) connect the liquefied gas cylinder connector, turn off the spray gun, loosen the valve of the liquefied gas cylinder, and check whether the parts are leaking.
2. Ignition:
Slightly loosen the spray gun switch and ignite directly at the nozzle. Adjust the spray gun switch to reach the required temperature.
3. Close:
First, close the valve of the liquefied gas cylinder. After the flame is turned off, turn off the switch. There should be no residual gas in the pipe. Hang the spray gun and the gas pipe and place them in a dry place.

2. If the gas pipe is found to be burned, aging, or worn, it should be replaced in time.
3. Stay more than 1.5 meters away from the liquefied gas cylinder when in use.
4. Check all parts frequently to keep airtight.
5. Do not use inferior gas. If you find that the air hole is blocked, you can loosen the nut before the switch or the nut between the nozzle and the air pipe.
6. After ignition, do not turn on all the switches. The switch has a reserved silk path. If the gas pressure is too high, the gas flow will exceed the oxygen supply limit when the switch is fully opened, and the flame will be easily extinguished.
7. After use, turn off the gas switch first, then increase the firepower to burn the gas in the gas pipeline cleanly, and then turn off the flashlight switch, so as to avoid the remaining gas causing safety hazards.
